AIDSVu Wins Silver Anthem Award for Best Use of Data for Health Awareness

November 22, 2024

AIDSVu is proud to announce that our enhanced Interactive Map & Location Profiles have been honored as a Silver Anthem Award Winner in Best Use of Data for Health Awareness!

This recognition highlights our mission to make data widely available, easily accessible, and locally relevant to increase awareness and inform public health decision-making.

Created 14 years ago in partnership with the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University and Gilead Sciences, AIDSVu has grown into an interactive platform that looks at all aspects of the HIV epidemic from the national to the ZIP Code level across the U.S.

The enhanced map and location profiles interface, launched in February 2024 with our technology partner Darkhorse Analytics, provides clear insights into HIV’s impact in the U.S. and empowers communities, advocates, and policymakers with data they can act on.

We thank the Anthem Awards for shining a spotlight on data as a driver of change.
